Counselling and Psychotherapy Services

Treatment areas

I offer mental health support to adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, have experienced trauma, are dealing with post traumatic stress (PTSD), have self-esteem issues, and suffer from chronic shame.

I am also passionate about providing support to those navigating major life transitions, such as becoming a parent.

Sessions/cost

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are typically held on a weekly or fortnightly basis. I offer a flexible sliding-scale fee structure (from $80 to $110 per session) based on your individual financial circumstances, allowing you to choose a fee that is manageable for you. My aim is to make therapy accessible without compromising the quality, depth, or effectiveness of the support you receive.

Medicare and rebates

As a PACFA registered psychotherapist, sessions are not eligible for Medicare rebates. My session costs take this into consideration so that the cost to you is similar to that of what you would pay after receiving the Medicare rebates. Some private health funds may provide rebates - please check with your Individual fund.

Location

In-person appointments can be booked at either:

- 165 Drummond Street, Carlton VIC 3053 or

- 80 Keilor Road, Essendon VIC 3040

Both locations are easily accessible by public transport and offer one and two-hour street parking.

I also offer online psychotherapy services via Zoom.

Confidentiality

Counselling and psychotherapy services are strictly confidential. This means that all information disclosed and discussed during our sessions is kept private and will not be shared with anyone unless you provide consent. There are legal exceptions to this confidentiality, which will be discussed with you in our first session.

If you are in crisis, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636. In an emergency call 000. I acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where I work and live, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation and pay my respects to Elders past and present.
